Electronic (ACH) Verify
Your bank information has been saved. To ensure that the electronic transfer (ACH) setup is complete, take these steps:
- Note that two small deposits will be posted to your bank account to test the availability of electronic funding transactions at your bank
- Contact your financial institution in two to three business days to find out the amount of these deposits
- Log on to your TD Ameritrade account. Verify deposit amounts by clicking "verify bank information" on the main "Deposits & Withdrawals" page, or by going to "Bank Setup" and clicking "Verify" next to the bank information you need to confirm
- Enter the two deposit amounts in the fields provided. Please note: after the deposits have been verified, they will be withdrawn from your bank account
You must verify these deposits within 10 business days of entering your bank information. We will email a reminder about this to you at your account's primary email address.
